British Consulate General Erbil – Interior Fit-Out
Interior fit-out works for the British Consulate General premises in Erbil – partitions, ceilings, security doors, glazing, blinds and finishing – executed by CMS GROUP teams under the security, quality and access requirements of a diplomatic site. Work is under execution; every photo and video here is a real site capture.
Project overview
CMS GROUP is delivering the interior fit-out of the British Consulate General premises in Erbil. Diplomatic sites impose requirements well beyond a standard commercial fit-out: vetted personnel, controlled access and delivery windows, strict material specifications and finishes executed to embassy-grade standards.
The project builds on the group's experience inside Baghdad's Green Zone, where our teams delivered the Urban Fitness Club and residential finishing works under similar security protocols.
Scope of works
- Metal-stud partition systems with standard and moisture-resistant gypsum boards
- Suspended ceiling grids and tiles with coordination of services above the ceiling
- Heavy-duty steel door frames and security-type doors with vision panels
- Glazed office fronts and internal glass partitions
- Roller blinds along the full-height glazed façade
- Wall finishing, painting and floor protection during works
